I am not a company and lessons are really casual.

 

Unfortunately these terms had to be formulated in order to protect me against some people abusing my casual system.

Basically you can ignore everything below if you don't intend to get a free lesson, I am not strict at all.
 

Terms of Service

Miscellaneous

- Soetie's working days are defined to be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. So Friday is not included. Any use of "working days" below refers to Soetie's working days.

(I can usually schedule for fridays/sundays, as I am very flexible, but strictly speaking these are not included in my working days.)

-  Soetie is usually on a schedule and has to create time for the lessons. If you show up too late for an in-game session, Soetie has the right to do less than 3 matches for the session and continue the session only until an hour has passed since the initial scheduled starting time.

- It is your own responsibility to provide Soetie with a link to a gameplay clip if you ordered a gameplay analysis. Soetie is not responsible for checking whether the link is working. Also if you booked the in-game session, it is your own responsibility to schedule it using the link you automatically get after booking it.

Refunds

You are paying for a service, basically you are paying for Soetie's spare time. Also scheduling/contacting takes up time. Once you have booked, Soetie is counting on you to take the lesson. All the terms below apply to all lessons offered if not specifically specified.

- If there is any reason you want a refund, which does not meet the valid reasons below, (e.g. changing your mind) Soetie will charge 15€ contacting/scheduling costs and deduct these from the refund amount.

- There is no period to change your mind and get a full refund.

​

-  Soetie is usually on a schedule and has to create time for the lessons. If you did not cancel the in-game session 24 hours before the session and you do not show up, Soetie's time is wasted. If you don't show up, or if  the session did not work because of a mistake which was yours, you will lose your right on the session without any refund.

- Soetie has the right to decline a refund request if you have already submitted a video for analysis. (He may have already started the analysis)

- After the lesson/analysis is done, you cannot get a refund. Even if a valid reason for a refund was met. (You have to indicate you want a refund before the service is provided.)

- You cannot get any refund anymore when 14 days have passed since booking a lesson if no valid reason for a refund is met. 

​

- If you don't send your gameplay clip to Soetie within 14 days after booking, you cannot get any refund anymore. Even if a valid reason for a refund is met. (You lose your right on a delivery within 10 working days).

​

- If Soetie did not deliver the gameplay analysis within 10 working days and you ask for a refund, Soetie has 24 hours to still provide the gameplay analysis, even if more than 10 working days have already passed. (Soetie might have already started on the analysis before you asked for the refund). 24 hours after indicating you want a refund (More than 10 working days after submitting your gameplay clip), you are entitled to a refund. Refunds have to be asked for by email: soetiesoetie@gmail.com.

- If you book a lesson you have to use it within 1 month after purchasing it. After that it has expired and Soetie has the right to decline you the lesson (The lesson may not fit into his schedule anymore) without any refund.

Valid reasons for a refund
You agree that the 2 reasons below are the only reasons for a refund:

 

- Soetie (so not the customer) was unable to schedule the in-game session within 10 working days after booking.

- Soetie was unable to deliver the gameplay analysis within 10 working days after the customer has provided the gameplay clip.

If you file a dispute/claim on paypal (which means none of the reasons above apply, otherwise you will simply get the refund from Soetie), it will take Soetie a lot of time to win the claim. Therefore Soetie will deduct the time spent on the dispute/claim from the analysis/lesson. You agree that you will lose your right on a lesson / analysis entirely if you file a dispute/claim.
